Ramble #13 Myositis on my Journey for Pain relief

Tried a day of total rest, not helped at all same story this morning awful joint pain no further fowward awaiting for hospital respopnse to my E-Mail, been at this for nigh on 8-9 months now asking for help and pain relief.
